Staff Profile

My name is Sharon Montgomery. I am a Potlatch native and I attended Potlatch Schools while growing up. I graduated from high school in 1977 and from the University of Idaho in 1981 majoring in Elementary Education and Special Education. I earned my Masters degree in Special Education in 2001. I have taught for 30+ years from Preschool to Jr. High with Special Education in between. I have two adult sons and two daughter-in-laws, and five grandchildren. I love children and teaching. I consider both of these to be my passion and purpose in life and I'm grateful to do what I love.
